Greg Ireland
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Greg completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Sports Science at the University of Glasgow, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. During his Masters degree he was awarded the Sir Alex Ferguson Travel Bursary allowing him to experience working as a Physiotherapist in Ghana.
Alongside his formal training, Greg pursued further qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy and became certified as an OTAGO Strength and Balance Leader, developing an early interest in both performance and injury prevention.
Since moving to St. John’s in 2019, Greg has focused on advancing his orthopaedic skill set. He is currently completing his Diploma in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, having completed Level 1, Level 2 Upper and Lower & Level 3 Upper. He has also undertaken postgraduate training in Dry Needling, and is certified to deliver the GLAD program for individuals managing hip and knee osteoarthritis.
With a long-standing involvement in soccer, including competing with the Feildians Challenge Cup team, Greg understands the demands of sport firsthand and enjoys helping clients of all activity levels return to the activities that matter most to them.

Allison Dominic
Allison completed her Bachelor of Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2016 and her Master of Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2019. She has experience working in diverse rehabilitation settings within the NHS in the UK and across Canada.
She has completed additional training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, and dry needling, with experience treating pelvic health concerns including incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post-partum care, prolapse, and menopause-related changes.
Allison previously worked as a coach and Director of Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation at Cygnus Gymnastics and has led functional fitness programs for seniors focused on strength, mobility, and fall prevention.
She provides evidence-based, patient-centred care and believes in taking the time to understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and unique challenges. Allison performs thorough assessments and provides one-on-one treatment to address the root cause of injury, empowering patients with the education, hands-on care, and exercise strategies needed to return confidently to the activities they love.

Sasha Sheppard
Originally from Ontario, Sasha completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2013 and then went on to complete a Bachelors of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College in 2017. Sasha worked for a few years as a certified Athletic Therapist, doing hands on treatments and high level personal training, before achieving her Diploma in Massage Therapy at Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2019. She has a diverse background working both field work in sport settings and in clinics. She ran her own mobile massage business for 4 years before moving to Newfoundland.
Sasha has completed advanced training in body biomechanics through the Functional Movement Coach and Advanced Movement Coaching courses. She also has added to her manual therapy techniques; muscle energy for muscle imbalances, cranial-sacral work for nerve pain/impingements and visceral work for digestive pain and abnormalities. She enjoys doing deep tissue massage and trigger point release work.
Sasha takes the time to listen to and understand the goals clients have for their rehabilitation and builds and treatment plan combining manual therapy and exercise to achieve those goals. She believes in assessing and finding the root causes of clients’ issues rather than just chasing pain. She uses her Athletic Therapy skills and advanced knowledge of biomechanics to suit home programs to individual clients’ needs.
